Ares Materials has been chosen as a member of the 2019 RadLaunch Class, an idea accelerator for ultraviolet and electron bond technology (UV+RB). As one of only six global companies or research laboratories selected, Ares has been invited to present at the upcoming BIG IDEAS for UV+EB Technology Conference. This event focuses on the future of UV+EB curing, as well as new enabling technologies and applications within 3D printing, additive manufacturing, UV LED, printing, automotive, data-driven materials, emerging technologies and many more. The conference is organized by RadTech, the Association for Ultraviolet and Electron Bond technology.
Ares was selected for innovative achievements with its Pylux polysulfide thermosets, a class of transparent, optically-clear polymeric materials that allow for tuning physical properties to produce materials which tackle multiple applications, specifically engineered for the fast-growing flexible display markets—smartphone makers, displays, and display-related fabrication equipment.
The BIG IDEAS Conference will be held March 19-20 in Redondo Beach, California.
